Chia Pudding with Banana and Coconut

(1 serving)


3 tbsp chia

½ cup coconut milk, 5%–7%

½ cup water

1 tbsp organic maple syrup

½ banana, sliced

1 tsp coconut


Mix the chia with the coconut milk and the water.

Mix well, place in a closed container and let stand for 5 minutes.

Mix again and add the maple syrup. Chill for at least two hours, preferably overnight.

Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish the chia pudding with the banana and the coconut and enjoy a nutritious and satisfying superfood.
