1 tsp chia
½ cup coconut milk, 5% to 7%
½ cup water
1 cup of frozen or fresh berries
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or hand-held blender and drink.
If you like drinking “smoothies”, simply freeze the fruit before preparing the shake.
One cup of green leaves may be added to any shake, in which case, it is preferable to use a food processor.
To improve bowel function, we recommend soaking the chia in the coconut milk overnight and then blending the chia with the fruit in the morning.
